The
Licensing Opportunity: The improved tube packaging
technology is available for licensing
We would
like to introduce a patented tube packaging integrated with
a tiny tube squeezer, which is not yet available in today's
marketplace. This is invented by a New York-based
designer, Mr. Mamoru Tanaka, who was so passionate about how
to completely use the toothpaste without waste that he never
gave up his long-term research until his dream came true in
the year 2001.
Here are the unique characteristics of the invention:
lThe
tube is integrated with an easy-to-use squeezer; there is no
precedent for such a kind.
lThis
integration became possible not only by adopting a tiny device
that enables users to roll the tube and push the paste out of
the tube, but also by minimizing the size and the weight of
this squeezing device.
lThe
simple two-step rolling procedure enables the tube to be
locked and to stand independently; the tube looks neat and
aesthetically pleasing.
lThe
tube can be used with a hanging tab (please see the image
below) for display purposes, which would eliminate the cost of
cardboard packaging.
lThe
patent was issued in the United States in less than six
months; please click

lA
PCT international application is pending with the World
Intellectual Property Organization; please click here to view
the WIPO International Application (No. PCT/US02/16500)
lThe
design applications were filed in Japan and Taiwan.
