1. Upon providing us with your instructions for Japanese national phase entry, your case has more than 10 business days until the 30-month deadline under PCT Article 22;

2. You decide to file the Japanese translation within the two month deadline from the date of entering Japanese national phase (Note: As you may know, there is a two month deadline after entering the Japanese national phase to file Japanese translation); and

3. You instruct us to begin the translation at the same time as you provide us with your instructions for Japanese national phase entry.
