Business Hours during the 2005 Japan Golden Week Holiday

Most businesses in Japan, including the Japan Patent Office (JPO) and most law firms, are closed during the Golden Week holiday period, specifically on April 29th (Friday), May 3rd (Tuesday), May 4th (Wednesday) and May 5th (Thursday).

If the deadline for your case falls within the above-mentioned days, the due date will be automatically extended to the next business day followed by the holiday.  Please see below:
